Raw Meat
Onions and garlic are peeled, washed. Grated onion, garlic if beaten with 1/2 teaspoon salt. Other vegetables are washed and sorted. Finely chopped parsley and green onions.Tomatoes are divided finely shredded and passed through a filter kernel.
